Use of this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship between you and Trellis Therapy of Loudoun or any of its clinicians. A therapeutic relationship is only established through a signed Client Services Agreement and the completion of a clinical intake.

L. 116-260) and 45 C.F.R. § 149.610, uninsured or self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges prior to scheduling services. Any fee information displayed on this Site is subject to change and does not constitute a binding financial agreement.

16.1 Termination of Website Use
