Trellis Therapy is a private-pay practice. We can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact us to discuss fees and any concerns you may have.

Standard sessions are 55-60 minutes. Frequency is determined collaboratively — most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time as they make progress.

We ask for at least 48 hours' written notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full session fee, which may be waived for a sudden emergency or an unavoidable event.
